"We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"Everything was great. Jorge and Jason came to my house on time for an estimate. We met them at the Oneonta Builders show at the mall. The price was about what we expected to pay, so we hired them the next day. They showed up about a week later and began the work. They had the stairs taken out and the new ones in the first day, with most of the wall and built and drywall applied. The next day  was painting, finish carpentry and they even bought me a mounting bracket for my big screen TV (as a gift for us using them) attached it to thwe wall and connected my television. Any little thing my wife and I were concerned about was taken care of immediately. It was an overall pleasant experience in this day and age where you hear about home improvement ripoffs. We wolud recommend them highly to anyone looking for remodelers.
