"Overall the company and the electrician did a great job. Communication and customer service was excellent. Also, Daniel, the election, was super friendly and courteous. Now, the cost for what was done was excessive. Just to diagnose the problem (two non-working outlets and one coach light, and to install an outlet in the kitchen) was over three hundred. They were suppose to apply some of it to the final cost but it certainly didn?t feel like it after I dished out six hundred. And that was only for installing a new outlet, the coach light was working just fine and it was going to be too expensive to fix the non-working outlet."

Brian is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and maintains a hands on approach working beside his crew. There is a distinctive difference between a sprinkler repair service and an irrigation design company. While I'm sure they do great repairs, Brian walks the property for hours designing coverage for every square inch of your landscape. Zones that required over an hour of watering and still had dead spots, now are fully irrigated in 30 minutes. Can't wait to see the decrease in my water bill. Calls were returned promptly. The pump for my lawn irrigation system was running but no water was being pumped to the system.  I phoned Progressive Pump and Irrigation Company and Jennifer took my name and phone number with a promise to call back to schedule a service call.  When she called back and appointment was set for the next day at a specified time.  The technician, Justin, arrived within a few minutes of the appointment time and did a quick check of the system.  As with many plumbing situations you don't know the extent of the problem until you actually begin the work.  Justin wrote out a quote for what he believed would repair the problem and said if I agreed with the price I should contact the office and set a day and time for the work to be done.  Again, Justin arrived at the time agreed upon and began troubleshooting the problem.  He spent the better part of two days eliminating each possible cause of the malfunction.  He flushed lines, primed the pump, dug up the check valve, primed the pump some more and replaced the index valve.  When he took apart the pump motor there were two partial metal rings wedged under the impeller.  A new pump, with a better base and some new piping from the well to the pump, more priming and finally a working system.  He was not about to be bested by an irrigation system.  He did not give up until the problems were solved.  It was definitely a multi-malfunction repair job.  Thanks to his "never-give-up" work ethic the job is done.
