John drew up detailed plans for the Upper Arlington Building Department which were approved. He demolished the original front porch and built an entirely new front porch that is 8-feet deep, with bead-board ceiling and beautiful trim. "Tim and his team were very thorough throughout the project. During the estimate, Tim took copious notes, drew a diagram, and took pictures. He provided us with a diagram of the work to be done, and was very open to what we wanted to do. (such as we wanted to re-use slats from our previous railings - he was the only contractor who knew how to build the rails to support the slats). He was very flexible with the estimate process, as we decided to do the demolition work ourselves, and he kept modifying the estimate as we added/removed work from the scope of the project. The team was very detailed in their work and extremely consistent in the quality of the work being performed. They were creative in problem solving as issues came up, and they kept us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up every day and were very flexible with our family's schedule. The finished product is fantastic, and we can't say enough about Tim and his team. We would certainly use them again and highly recommend their services!"
