"I have used them for fall and spring clean up. they do a nice job. We decided to mow our own grass this year and discontinued that service HOWEVER I gave them dates to mow when we were out of town and they said they would mow -- I sent them a reminder by email, text and voice mail before we left. When we arrived home our lawn was not mowed and very tall. I was very disappointed and I thought they considered me a good customer. I have left them messages, texted them and sent email and they have NEVER responded. I always paid their bill in a timely manner and even recommended them to a few people. He listened well and offered suggestions as we walked the property planning the work.
