I didn't catch the guy's name, but he showed up promptly at 8:30 in the evening on a Sunday. He figured out that the igniter wasn't working, and said that he'd order the part the next day. I'm very grateful that I was able to get service on a Sunday night, even though I ultimately ended up getting the furnace serviced by someone else who had easier access to the part that was needed."
