"I am very impressed with Stump Removal Services! The scheduler was very prompt and helpful. The estimator came right when they said they would be there, very friendly and gave us a great quote! (this was a commercial property) They were able to come out the next day and do the work. They were prompt in arrival and finished super quickly! "I sent an e-mail requesting an estimate and I received a quick reply from Trevor.   I agreed to the rate and we scheduled a service date.   He contacted me to confirm the appointment.   He called before they arrived and split and stacked one large pile beautifully.   The pieces are consistent size and will be easy to light.   I would provide a picture but this site doesn't have that option.  During the first day of work I received a call saying that the second pile wasn't accessible due to the overgrown brush (which was taller than I expected) and they provided a very fair price to clear the brush and split the second large pile.   They did just as good a job on the second pile - and I'm absolutely satisfied with the whole service.  I won't need wood for several years, but I hope to use Lucky Strike again.

"They arrived very promptly, ready for work dressed in their company jackets with excellent leaf blowers. The .42 acre lot, with many trees, had not been raked all season. We have a Certified Wildlife Habitat property, and mulch the leaves ourselves to put in the beds. As we had asked, they used a tarp to move the ever-growing pile of very wet leaves (after 3 days of rain) to the area at the back of the property we had designated. It took them less than 2 hours, and the price was very reasonable, $55 less than the other landscaper we had engaged who never showed up. "He was good about calling initially and writing up a proposal.  However, he forgot about it or something of that nature because of instead of taking 1-2 weeks as he promised it took over a month.  And, I had to keep calling him to remind him because he kept forgetting.  He was very nice but somehow I think my job was getting lost in the shuffle.  When the guy came to do the work, I didn't know he was coming and he just showed up.  Luckily I was home.  He ground the stumps.There was a problem with one of them and the owner was going to check on it and get back to me.  The owner never got back to me on the decision and the worker just told me it couldn't be done.  That upset me since I had questions about it but the owner was not there.  Also, all the chips were left.  I told him I wanted them removed, but I the worker said it would cost extra.  I had assumed they would be taking them.  I wish he had asked me about this so I could have prepared.
All in all, the job was done appropriately and the worker did clean up.  However, I was dissatisfied with the management of the job.
