"The tree trimming was done in one afternoon. Trees looked great and all the debris was removed. The removal of the 21 trees was done in stages. All trees were felled and the light branches were ground in one day. The stumps were ground a day or two later. About a week later the logs were removed and the holes left by the stumps were filled. This work was done in January so we had some weather delays. Strobert employees worked quickly and safely removed our trees with no damage to our property other than some ruts in the grass which they fix. We were well please with their work and the price."

"I sent an e-mail requesting an estimate and I received a quick reply from Trevor.   I agreed to the rate and we scheduled a service date.   He contacted me to confirm the appointment.   He called before they arrived and split and stacked one large pile beautifully.   The pieces are consistent size and will be easy to light.   I would provide a picture but this site doesn't have that option.  During the first day of work I received a call saying that the second pile wasn't accessible due to the overgrown brush (which was taller than I expected) and they provided a very fair price to clear the brush and split the second large pile.   They did just as good a job on the second pile - and I'm absolutely satisfied with the whole service.  I won't need wood for several years, but I hope to use Lucky Strike again.

All of this was done within 4 hours, and it looks very nice. They also trimmed some overhanging branches and felled a dead tree and removed the debris. "We had a massive tree we needed removed because the top branches were dying and one of the small ones, 12 feet long, fell off during a storm and hit the house. The tree was a 65-70 foot tall oak. We ended up calling a couple of folks to come out for estimates. Some of the other companies wouldn’t even touch the tree because it was on a steep hill. These guys were very, very reasonable and did fantastic work. The man who climbed the tree is exceptionally skilled. This tree was pretty close to the house and I was worried that one of the large branches would come in contact on the way down. Everything went very smooth between the removal and clean up. I could not be more impressed with a company. I will absolutely be calling them for any additional trees we want removed. They have earned my future business. I will highly recommend them to all our friends, family and neighbors. It would be a mistake not to check these folks out."

"He was good about calling initially and writing up a proposal.  However, he forgot about it or something of that nature because of instead of taking 1-2 weeks as he promised it took over a month.  And, I had to keep calling him to remind him because he kept forgetting.  He was very nice but somehow I think my job was getting lost in the shuffle.  When the guy came to do the work, I didn't know he was coming and he just showed up.  Luckily I was home.  He ground the stumps.There was a problem with one of them and the owner was going to check on it and get back to me.  The owner never got back to me on the decision and the worker just told me it couldn't be done.  That upset me since I had questions about it but the owner was not there.  Also, all the chips were left.  I told him I wanted them removed, but I the worker said it would cost extra.  I had assumed they would be taking them.  I wish he had asked me about this so I could have prepared.
All in all, the job was done appropriately and the worker did clean up.  However, I was dissatisfied with the management of the job.
