"I am so glad I found this company. We had a plumber out here yesterday who tried to fleece us for $5K to replace our well pump, wiring and pipes. The guys from Carolina Well came out today, called before they came and were on time. I told him what the guy said yesterday and they very thoroughly checked everything and determined there was nothing wrong with our well pump. The problem was actually a faulty pressure switch that the plumber yesterday said was fine, and a faulty valve stem in my pressure tank which the plumber didn't even look at until I asked, and a clogged filter, which the plumber flat out ignored when I told him we couldn't get it off to change it! I spent a grand total of $323 to have the guys from Carolina Well fix the problem. I really appreciate the fact that they don't try to sell unnecessary repairs, they are honest and fast. I wish this company did everything, plumbing, electric, heating and air, etc LOL because I would hire them for it all! We signed up for the yearly Wellcare program to have our system inspected annually and check for problems. I hope we don't have any other problems, but I'm glad we've got an honest company to call if we do!"

"I called Union Plumbing as a reference of a friend of mine who I go to church with.  I was doing some remodeling of our master bathroom.  Jeff came over and gave me a rough estimate, based upon not running into any problems, which we did run into a few challenges as the project went along.  Jeff was very fast working, professional, and polite.  I really appreciated how he cleaned up after himself, because several other contractors that I had working for me on this same project did not do so.  The project started about the third week of July when he came over to give me the estimate.  Jeff started some of the work a few days later, which I was quite excited about, most importantly moving that pipe out of our way, which allowed us to move the bathroom doorway over three inches, so that we could put in a much needed vanity cabinet.  <br /> Our house was built in 1948, and thankfully the plumbing was done pretty well at the time.  We did not have to replace much of the existing plumbing, although all of the old plumbing that was in the shower had to be replaced and updated. <br /> I supplied all of the hardware, as far as faucets, and Jeff supplied everything else.   Most importantly, his professional installation services and timely help made the project progress smoothly. <br /> One time when Jeff was doing some of the bathroom plumbing I discovered that I needed to replace some of the plumbing in our laundry room.  Although I did not want to, I ended up having to remodel that room as well.  Anyway, while he was here on this particular day I asked him if he would replace the inserted box in the wall where the washing machine hooks to and drains.  He very politely agreed to do so.  I went and got the part I needed and he changed it out for me.   <br /> .Jeff Jordan is a great plumber who I would highly recommend and use again and again..."
