"Outstanding! • I called at 9:45 AM and they had someone here by 3:15 PM same day. • They identified the cause of the leak as a shingle torn at the tab, which allowed water through to find a nail hole or two. They repaired it and sealed it. I didn’t ask him to, but while he was up there he checked all my vent pipes coming through the roof. He says GAF (a well-known shingle manufacturer) has a school they’ve all attended, and there is a specific way they recommend shingles be installed around vent pipes to insure they seal well long term. Mine are not installed that way. He said it’s not like he can re-do them the way GAF recommends now, but he did caulk and seal around them as best he could. It’s not guaranteed work, but it’s a common place for older roofing to fail, and he said it might buy me an extra year or two when the roof gets near needing replaced. • I also asked them to fix a gutter leak which they did. In the process, though, they also noted and sealed a leak in the fascia at the same spot I didn’t even know about. So yes, not only were they timely and professional, but very pro-active in looking for other things to square away in one call. During a subsequent rain I've confirmed the issues I called about are resolved. I'm very pleased."

Many were alleviated before or as I posed the concern. Jake did a wonderful job quickly following up on any little questions or concerns. The labor crew was excellent. They were a wonder to observe : efficient, clean, mannerly. Extra to the roof project was a custom built top chimney cage and a problematic gutter and downspout section. "We had vinyl replacement windows and sliding doors replace in our Arizona townhome, 14 windows, 3 of which were large custom shape, and 2 sliding doors. Power has an exclusive window with Pella. The windows and doors were available 3 days early and scheduled the installation 2 days early. All completed in one long day. The 5-man crew was very efficient and skilled. The foreman Pedro was great, communicated everything and asked questions, came up with some final finishing solutions and made sure everything was right. The only negative might be the slightly "caulked" appearance of the final product but it was well done. I think this is the compromise of a replacement window and for the price point was the right decision for this property. I could feel and hear the difference in heat gain and noise insulation immediately compared to the original single pane windows."

"Anyone with a slate or tile roof needing repairs should consider using Roberts Roofing. A tree crashed through my 70 year old slate roof. There was damage to half the front side of the house roof. The roof is very different from most slate roofs. While most slate roofs use the same color, width and thickness tile, my roof used random width, color and thickness tile. Matching their work to the old roof was a challenging job. The Roberts team ( 11 craftsmen ) removed slightly more than half the roof. They mixed in approximately 2,000 reclaimed tiles from their vast inventory with the tiles they harvested from my roof. The result.... excellent. The pattern match.... flawless.
