He went above and beyond by taking care of several small fixes at no extra charge — tightening loose screws on a sagging screen door, adjusting a door strike plate so it would close properly, and carefully sealing exposed wood with caulk to prevent future issues. "We recently had Jeff install a new electrical outlet and he was able to squeeze us in right before Christmas even with his busy schedule. In the past we've had him repair siding and do a basement remodel and he's been great with everything. He went out of his way to make sure the siding replacement matched the old color perfectly when it was very difficult to find. I've seen a lot of siding repairs not match the original color so this seems to be uncommon. He transformed our basement from a basically unusable space to what's now probably my favorite room in the house. Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. Galen and his crew arrived on time.  One worked on replacing dry wall and plastered the wall while the others cut out the tree branches and patched the roof.  They also replaced a cracked drain pipe and repaired the back porch roof.  They were all very courteous and professional.
