We had a roof leak last year that resulted in mold damage to our dining room floor and behind a built-in wall unit on the dining room wall. As part the mold remediation, the built-in needed to be removed. The remediation company would have demolished the built-in. Christian was able to disassemble the entire built-in, thus saving it. We were very impressed with Christian's abilities and asked him if he could repair the drywall and the back of the built-in that were damaged by the mold. He did prompt, excellent work. The reinstalled built-in looks perfect. Furthermore, he removed the unaffected flooring in the area and reinstalled new LPV throughout the area.
