After the fact, I realized that I had irrigation issues that were caused by him not being able to find the septic tank. Price was very fair."

The fan they brought was too big for the location. i had to go to the hardware store 2 blocks away to purchase a fan myself that would fit in the space, and it ended up being the same exact model I already had, noisy and small. Only being newer it does not rattle as the old one
