He came to give us a free estimate to replace our hot water tank. His price is reasonable and he advised us on what needed to be put in place so we are up to code prior to the tank installation. He will get the necessary permits on our behalf. We asked Danny about a problem we were having with a tap and he did the repair at our request. We are going to hire him again when we need to upgrade the plumbing equipment."

"The main water line from my home had a leak. I researched online and got a call within 5 minutes from Mr Rooter. They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. "Called John's after finding their ad in the local newspaper.   We also called another local plumber, but went with John's after they sent someone out immediately to look at the problem and give us an estimate.  We scheduled the repair for the next day after getting what we thought was a reasonable quote.  Brian, the same person who had come out to inspect problem, arrive early today to fix the leak.  He was respectful, friendly, and diligently worked to fix the problem.  We are very impressed with everyone we spoke to at John's and the great service we received!  We would not hesitate to use them again and  will be recommending them to all of our friends.  "
