"It went well. Darrel and Allison showed up and got to work. They were able to complete the installation of a new patio screen door. The job required modifying the entranceway to accomodate a swinging door to replace the old sliding door. They cleaned up after the job, even washing the window on the new door."

"Great price, materials and craftsmanship. Highly recommend."

"Jon Thomas Construction was our contractor of choice for several major remodel projects between 2017 and 2018. We were so impressed by the quality of his work (as well as the professionalism exhibited by his crews) that we decided to contract with him again for conversion of our existing garage into a combination 2-car garage / exercise room. The existing garage had room for 4 cars, but only two of the spaces were being utilized with a single overhead door for two cars. The other half was available to us for storage or other use. The garage was well-insulated, however, still was too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer for comfort. We utilized parts of the existing garage for our workouts, but it was never a proper area for exercise. We are in our late 60s, so we ran the risk of pulling muscles (or worse) without performing stretching techniques and/or warmups. We decided to find a solution that would encourage us to exercise safely at all times of the year. We met with Jon in early January 2025, and he came up with a design to wall-off one half of the garage and insulate the new wall. He also suggested we install a “mini-split” HVAC unit to keep temperature comfortable. Our vision of the new exercise room included the use of acoustic panels, mirrors, and rubber matting on the floor. We also wished to replace an existing door, and, add a second door to isolate the new workout room from the garage. Jon provided his expert opinion on what materials to order and helped us determine the most cost-effective way(s) to proceed. Jon Thomas ensured that our project was completed on-time and at or under budget. We are happy with the finished product and are enjoying working out in our new exercise facility! We will highly recommend Jon Thomas Construction to anyone seeking remodeling contractors."

"They were really excellent. I loved how they worked. They were very informative. They left everything perfect and clean and much better. They were polite."

"It went great! We loved being able to work with Rod on custom options, all the tile work and remodeled shower and bath were exactly what we wanted! Really helped update the house!"

"I am building a "barndominium" and I contacted three drywall businesses for estimates. Ivan Urquiza, owner of JRZ Construction, contacted me within an hour of my email. We met that day. The other two drywall businesses contacted me 7-12 days later. I hired Ivan. He and his crew are "go-getters". If you want a construction job done well at a fair cost, I can highly recommend JRZ Construction. I subsequently hired Ivan to prime and paint the drywall, install baseboard molding, and hang/paint/trim five interior doors. If you want a good contractor that is reliable and dependable, and offers a good price, you can't go wrong with JRZ Construction of Parachute, CO. Ivan is only 30-years-old but he has 15 years of construction experience. Plus, he really listens and caters to his customers. Dr. Kirk Beattie"

"Luke was amazing. He gave us a quick quote that was reasonable. He started and worked when he said he would. He kept us updated and sent pictures afterward. The quality of his work was excellent. I was so pleased with his work. He went above and beyond by doing a couple extra things for us as we were out of state. I would and will recommend him to anyone looking for a professional quality painter!"

"Fantastic. Not only did Howard do a great job installing the drywall, but he helped me frame out a super funky closet beforehand. Professional, precise, always on schedule through to the end. His knowledge of carpentry and drywall - all I needed him for - was quite impressive. Calll Howard if you want it done well!"

"I never contacted the provider or used this service in anyway. I have to
