They finished the job inside and out beautifully which included installation of the system, electrical and replacing siding that needed to be cut and reinstalled due to adjustments that needed to be made. "Devin Nasvaderani and his crew at Marvel Homes transformed a 1950s-era galley kitchen into an inviting and open kitchen/dining room. The project had many parts and space was limited, but it was finished on time and on budget thanks to the crew's competence, creativity and attention to detail. Devin managed to conceal a waste water pipe against a wall with some judicious cutting of a cabinet and tweaking of the tile back splash, he turned a living room closet on the other side of a kitchen wall into a pantry, and rerouted air vents that had  been inside the wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room. He worked with vendors including Cabinet Discounters, ABW appliances, Mosaic Tile and ABKA Marble & Granite to ensure the project stayed on track. And he dealt swiftly with glitches, replacing a dinged sink and a scratched drawer front.. A job well done."

"I bought a home built before 1978 and found that there was some asbestos floor tile in the basement. I reached out to D&H Demolition and they immediately came out to take a look at the project and provided a free estimate. They were very helpful and answered all my questions which made me feel a lot safer about the situation. I hired them and they took care of the work the very next day! Overall I was very pleased with their price and quality of work. Highly recommend!"

"I had them do a large master bathroom, with everything replaced. They tore up all the tile, including the tile around the soaking tub (it was tiled around the lip of the tub, so elevated). The home builder installed the base cabinets before floor tiling was done, so that part of the floor (as well as the tub area) had to get elevated to the same floor level height and had to have concrete poured to match. The floor had heating installed under the tile. I had the shower wall next to the cabinets cut down to open up the shower. Tiling was perfect throughout, including grout. The drywall installed was also perfect. We had large medicine cabinets installed (formerly, a large mirror), cherry base cabinets, granite, and vessel sinks. The shower glass and granite were installed by other companies. They painted the ceiling; I painted the walls and made the stained glass windows. Lighting, toilet, shower, tub and sink faucets were installed. I would definitely hire them again!"

"Matt responded immediately to my inquiry, I checked out the references on Angie's List, and he did a beautiful job painting, adding kitchen cabinets, removing excess wiring, putting in a new deck, and installing new fixtures in the kitchen and 3 baths.  I am really impressed with his work, his punctuality, and his breadth of skills. During the new bath floor installation (by others) I asked him to come over immediately to fix an issue with removing the toilet for the flooring people, and he came quickly to deal with it.  We're not done with the house yet, but I'm really pleased with the job so far.  He responds quickly to my phone calls, is meticulous in each job, never leaving a mess when he's ready to leave for the day.  I will definitely use him in the future, and I've recommended him to my realtor, who would like to use him also.  I might add that I was not in a rush, but he was willing work with any schedule I had."

"Everything was simply unforgettable! I responded to an ad for Black Friday Special: name your price for the job with no reasonable offer refused! I emailed the company letting them know I wanted some rotten wood replaced on the window dormer and a ceiling repaired and painted. Mike said he would trust what and wanted and the price of $400.00. The carpenter and the painter arrived early. Mike arrived shortly and went over what needed to be done. I had purchased treated lumber so Mike purchased with receipt the correct wood. The carpenter quickly saw that more rotten wood had to be replaced than anticipated. The carpenter had to do wood cutting to frame and restore the dormer as well as insulate, caulk and prime the untreated wood. Needless to say, the handyman special turned out to be a skillful carpentry job. Mike, nevertheless kept the price at $400.00, which also included the plaster repair for the ceiling as well as painting the entire ceiling. I had been told in the past by two contractors that the ceiling job was complicated. Mike and his painter made the job uncomplicated and the result was simply great!"

"We wanted to install a tiled kitchen backsplash to protect the wall near the stove from splatters but also to improve the appearance of the kitchen. We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."
