"Outstanding Home Improvement Company ever TOM PHELPS AND SONS CONSTRUCTION 317-502-0196 OMG! The best company I have ever used ever! I had 16,000 dollars (amt estimated by insurance) in water damage to my condo due to a neighbor's leaking washer. I obtained estimates from several different businesses that I found on Angie's List. Tom and his son and the rest of his team that have worked together for years did an outstanding job putting my condo together. They had to remove and install new Luxury Vinyl Planks, replace all baseboards, paint and caulk, trim. I added additional projects: Installed quartz countertop in kitchen; purchased new appliances that Tom and his team installed, removed old backsplash and installed new ceramic tiles. Incredibly knowledgeable, honest, worked daily and did an excellent job with the daily clean-up at the end of the day. Tom found for me the least expensive source for the quartz. As they worked, I added additional cosmetic needs through-out my condo that they repaired. There was no limit to what they were able to do and do it well. By the end of the job, I felt like they were my family! Finally his charges allowed me to do all the extra's. His pricing was too good to be true. Please think of him when you need any work done!"

"Workers arrived on 30 September and dismantled the 40 year old porch. This process was completed by removing several slabs of concrete the porch was built on. A new deck was built on 8 poles dug into the earth. On one part of deck a screened in porch was built. The work was supervised by Greg Arnold. His craftsmanship was excellent. Electrical connections were installed for outlets, lights, and ceiling fan. The entire porch was painted. Gutters were installed. A beautiful hand railing was installed on the open deck The work took about 4 weeks and it looks great. Brent, the company,s owner came by many times. It was a pleasure working with him."

"I had the outside of my house re-sided (vinyl) and could not be more pleased. George and his crew are very good at their jobs, and completed the work on time. I also needed some trim around the windows replaced, and all of the window trim repainted, they were able to do everything I needed. I mentioned to George that I was thinking about getting a new roof, he told me the old one will last a few more years - I really appreciated the honest assessment. Terry Brooks did all of our work for us.  We would not have used anyone else.  Terry is probably the only person my late husband would have trusted to do the work.  His attention to detail is such that you know you will have a perfect product when completed.  Terry remodeled our kitchen, our bathrooms - with one being a total tear out - our basement family room, re-sided our home, redid the electrical box, installed new recessed lighting in various places, and did many other side projects for us.  Terry was in the final weeks of the remodel when my husband suddenly died.  It has been a comfort to me having a practically new home with little or no worries to deal with these past few years.

I have recently purchased a vacation lake home that needs to be renovated.  Terry came up with a plan that gives me all the features I want and thought were impossible to have.  His creativity and vision are astounding.  I can hardly wait to see the finished product.

"Tina Hawk came out for the estimate. They charge for labor and the customer buys the supplies. Tina drove us to the tile store and we selected and purchased our tile. Tony Hawk installed the tile. He had to remove the old first. Our entry way is roughly 4 feet by 15 feet. Tina suggested we rim the tile for a finished look. That was a good idea because the new tile was just a hair higher than the old. The rim gives it a nice finish. Tony used matching caulk to finish the edge and you can barely tell it wasn't the original flooring.

"After some sub-par and short-sighted tiling work was done by another company, Top Notch came out to remove tile, install support board for a sink install, then replaced the tile. They were in and out in 1.5 hrs and seamlessly matched the existing wall tile. They were courteous, clean, and professional. Countless other companies I called turned the work down due to the size of my project, but not these guys! They gave me a quote via text and came out 3 days later to do the work. Now my plumber can finally install the sink the original company failed to install and I’ll have a functional bathroom again. I’ll definitely call these guys for future work and recommend to others!"
