"The ad states "free estimate" but I had to pay Austin $145 for him to evaluate my irrigation system. He said that would be refunded if I hired him which I did but did not receive anything back. Austin replaced three heads on the irrigation system, replaced the timer with a "commercial grade" timer to the tune of $425. He replaced the sod in the front lawn, but forgot the spot in the backyard. He did finally replace that sod as well. I asked him at least five times for a receipt that I could take to the water department. Still waiting for it. What he did give me was a text that said Austin received the amount he charged me but doesn't state anything what that money was for. He kept saying he sent me a receipt but never got it. Would think twice before hiring him agan."
