"This is the first time I've had repair work done where the crew looked like they could be on one of those HGTV shows like Holmes on Homes. Here's why: <br> <ul> <li>Level of attention to detail. They spent a lot of time sanding and patching the concrete edges of the house/stoop/garage before they started pouring the driveway/walkway. They spent hours smoothing and shaping the concrete. <br></li> <li>Staff was friendly and extremely hard-working. Besides lunch, they seemed to never take a break.<br></li> <li>Accurate quoting. We made a change the day of the project which required a bit less concrete. Sure enough, we were charged for less concrete.</li> <li>Good equipment. They had a wide array of heavy machinery, power tools, and hand tools. Probably 30 different specialized tools were used to make sure everything was perfect.</li> <li>They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and leaving everything looking as it was before they started. They carefully kept the sod they had dug up around the edges and replaced it after they removed the wooden forms.</li> </ul>All in all, it went perfectly. "Wallace construction came to my door after seeing shingles missing on my roof. Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."

"My experience was, the guys were very nice and I didn't have any issues with their personalities.  They were here on time every day, they stuck with it all day, but it was just some of the quality I wasn't happy with, especially after spending so much money.  I didn't get the quality work that I had paid for.  The guy had to re-do one window three times.  Even on the third time, he didn't get the trim right. They didn't even do the trim the same on both bay windows.  I'm not satisfied with them.  In general, they were nice guys, they were very pleasant on the job, couldn't ask for more pleasant guys, but there were things they didn't do right.  I ended up helping them through the whole project, which I wasn't supposed to do when I paid them to do the work.  They didn't send enough people to get the two big bay windows in and I ended up having to assist them with that.  I tried to assist them as much as possible.  I had purchased all the windows and had all the trim and all they had to do was take the old ones out and install the new ones.  Three of the windows out of the five that we set in had to be pulled back out because they didn't check the frame size before setting the window in to make sure it was the right size, and he had to add framing material in.  Two of the double-hung windows in my bedroom, he set them in but there was an inch and 1/2 gap.  Instead of evening it up, he put in a 2x4 on the bottom and when he set the window in, that made it right; but the problem was my drywall was then too short and when he put the trim on, he never finished it up; there was a gap about the size of my finger underneath the window.  I ended up having to have him come back, but it's still not right.  I'm going to have to end up caulking it myself.  They had to tear some siding off to take the old window off and put the new window in.  Part of that siding, the guy didn't feel like putting it back on because it was a waste if I was going to re-side.  It just didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked to have seen.  I finally just paid them and let it go even though I wasn't completely satisfied. "

".   <br /> The process did a good job of leveling the stoop.  My only complaint is that the holes drilled in the concrete to pump in the material are quite noticeable because the slury(?) pumped in does not match the concrete.  I thought with weathering they would become less noteable, but six months in that has not been the case.  Mind you that that is not a complaint against 3D, but rather an aesthetic issue peculiar to the process. <br /> I gave price a B in that it was good, but didn't give it an A because I really don't have anything to compare it against. <br /> I gave overall and quality B's because of the aesthetic issues mentioned, but the process does an excellent job of leveling the concrete and I would certainly use 3D if a needed that done again. <br />"
