"The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing <br /> deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding. The job was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Somebody referred us to Maximus and when I called and <br /> talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was relatively small. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He finished the total project today in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises. <br />"

"October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"
