"Called out Phil because my water heater went out. Unless you like ice cold showers, you need somebody to come out ASAP! He came out very quickly, assessed the problem and took care of me. I honestly thought I needed a new water heater, but he assured me he can get it running with just replacing a part. On top of saving me $$$ he was very professional and friendly.
