They truly wanted to make sure me and my wife were happy. They also recommended Class 4 shingles which resulted in a lower insurance rate due to its hail protection. Their team was punctual and polite, and would have completed the work in the same day but for an unexpected thunderstorm that rolled in. Nevertheless, they made sure we didn't have any leaks and returned promptly in the morning to finish the job. The gutters were done the day after the roof was completed. When the project was done, Chris made sure his crew properly cleaned up our property, as well as our neighbors' properties, to make sure old shingles, roofing nails, and other materials were completely cleaned up.
