"After many good-faith attempts to resolve this privately, we have no choice but to leave this review. We discovered Patio Enclosures at the Troubador Festival and signed a contract in November after a great sales experience. Installation was delayed and finally completed in mid-February. From there, things became frustrating. We were told our financing hadn?t gone through, despite completing all steps and providing proof. After multiple reassurances it was resolved, we later discovered they charged our credit card for the full amount?without authorization?despite financing being in our contract. We ultimately learned the financing was processed incorrectly, but instead of working with us, they ran our card. We?ve disputed the charge and are still waiting on follow-up. The product is great, but the operations, communication, and billing were unacceptable. We would not recommend."
