It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! After the bad storms this winter, I noticed a small corner of trim had actually come off exposing the sheathing underneath. Fearing water damage, I called Connell Roofing who had put a new roof on our home 12 years ago (that looks as good as new), and did more modest trim replacement 6 years ago. Dennis and John were out the next day, reviewed all the trim around the house that had some damage, gave an estimate, and said they could start in only a week. While our house has sturdy cedar board siding, the trim boards are soft pine, and there were multiple areas of sunken wood consistent with rot underneath. The bad pine trim was to be replaced with PVC trim that will last a lifetime. When the day arrived for repair, Matt Cabral made another assessment and spotted a couple of additional trim areas that could be seen to need replacement now that"

"While insulating, foam sprayed through cracks into our bedroom and closets, destroying some bed linens and clothing. Their truck left before the insulation spaces were full, but they closed up the roof. It doesn?t meet building code. Our roof is featured on the Muto website, but not the scratches in the protective coating meant to ensure roof longevity. The scratches were made by a crew installing the ridge boards and chimney flashing. Their most experienced roofer said this was his first time installing metal chimney flashing. We called Muto 3 months ago and Jasen sent a drone over the house and said he?d ask the manufacturer and get back to us. We?ve sent two reminders, but we have heard nothing. We should have realized their inexperience at the outset when they couldn?t provide photos of completed metal roofs. We cannot recommend them for metal roofs or insulation."

"We interviewed five builders for our 310 square foot primary suite addition and interior reconfiguration. This included excavation for a new foundation, opening the existing foundation wall to join the spaces, a new walk out entrance, and site grading. From the beginning Konstantin Aleksandrov, the owner, listened carefully, made suggestions about layout and finishes, and was aware of every detail along the way. He maintained communication with the workers and with us. The crews were professional and personable (and punctual too!). Materials were ordered in a timely manner and managed on site. The the work area was orderly and well maintained on a daily basis. There was a flow of skilled subs: electrical, roofing, hardwood flooring, insulation, gutters, tile, drywall and painting. Building inspections were coordinated with the appropriate Town personnel to keep the project moving. We did select our paint, tiles, and bathroom fittings from area suppliers and then coordinated delivery and installation with Konstantin. Because of some Covid related supply chain issues with the exterior finishes, we added a complete re-siding project which involved the construction of a new front porch. The crews moved seamlessly from interior to exterior work. We are extremely happy with our addition and the new look of our house."
