"We hired Bel Islands Home Improvement to strip off the existing roof and replace/recoat it. The roof had two distinct sections: a large section of conventional asphalt shingles and a smaller section of rolled asphalt roofing. The scope of the large section included stripping the old shingles and replacing with subroofing and new asphalt shingles. Andrie Yamalovitch brought in a crew and completed those tasks in one day. The rolled roof was deemed to be in decent condition and could accept a rubberized coating. Andrei returned a few months later to complete that task. Note that since it was a liquid product it was necessary to wait until the warmer months. Overall, Bel Islands Home Improvement proceeded with the project in a professional and courteous manner and was a pleasure to deal with, and all at a fair price. "Connell Roofing replaced our existing roof with a new GAF Timberline ULTRA HD asphalt shingles, including some copper valleys and three solar roof vents. In addition, Connell installed a new gutter and downspout system replacing our 20-year old LeafGuard system with new covered gutters by Leaf Relief. Chris Kent, the salesperson, sat down with us during the contract process and explained the entire process, the types of materials, and warranties. He was very professional and informed and answered all our questions during the meeting and follow up emails. Chris also visited the site during both installations to ensure compliance with our contract. Zach Tentoni, managed the installation, and was very detail oriented, ensured compliance with the contract and expectations, and was on site during the installation as well being available by phone in case we had questions or concerns. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. My wife and I are more than pleased with Connell Roofing and would highly recommend them."
