"Excellent! Bill with Concept Renovations LLC did an excellent job on the complete ceiling replacement in our attic bedroom, and we fully recommend Concept Renovations LLC. We will be contacting his team again for any future needs. Bill responded promptly within a packed schedule, set up a walkthrough ASAP, and helpfully answered all of our questions with patience and detail, including an outline of the project’s steps within the quote. As first-time homeowners, hiring for our first major project (having received several quotes previously), working with Bill was a huge relief: We’d been told by other contractors that we’d have to hire multiple teams to handle each step of the renovation, but after Bill reviewed the plan, he tackled all items competently, completely, and promptly, above and beyond our satisfaction. (I myself had worked drywall construction for a few years, with a comprehensive team that handled all steps as well; this project was beyond my personal scope, but we’d known it was possible for a pro to handle all aspects. Thankfully we found Bill to do exactly that!) Absolutely professional-quality work. We’re able to look up at our gorgeous new drywall ceiling, (replacing the decades-old material that had literally been falling down around us!) and sleep in peace knowing our family is safe in our home. Thank you Bill with Concept Renovations LLC."

"Austin fixed our broken old kitchen into something we can show off. He listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us engineer solutions to any unexpected issues. He's just one guy with a lot on his plate but that didn't stop him from showing up and doing amazing work until the project was done and done right."

"Chris and Scott along with their crew did an excellent job of removing a tree in our back yard."

"Anchor Contracting came out immediately and gave me a very fair bid to redo a deck and siding that had been damaged by a fire and was unsafe. The work they did was excellent, the price was right and was done exactly on time. The owner, Sean Ichrist, was courteous and professional. After the work was completed, all areas were cleaned of debris. His bid and final bill were exactly the same. As a property manager of a large condo complex, it is wonderful to deal with the honesty and professionalism that Anchor Contracting and Sean bring to the job. I look forward to working with Anchor again."

"David was phenomenal to work with in our quest to get our hardwood floors refinished. I appreciated David being on time and returning phone calls--something that does not happen in this day and age. David says what he means and does what he says--another positive attribute. The finished product was awesome. We like our floors more now than when we first installed them. The next time that our carpet wears out, we will be replacing the carpet with hardwood flooring AND Unique Hardwood Floors is where we will be taking our business. David was AWESOME!!!"

"After completing my dance floor, 5 Star Construction installed 2 doors an inside and an outside door. As expected, they did a 5 star job. They provided all materials and adjusted a bolt that was giving me trouble. Their goal is to provide the best product and service available. They can't be beat."
