Not only did he complete the project on-time and under budget, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers. In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. I had a pleasant experience with everyone involved: Angela who scheduled the initial visit and installation, Joe who came out and took the door measurements, Randy and the other installer (sorry, I don't remember his name), and Bill the installation manager who came out to address the lock problem I had with the door.
NOTE: Before installer leaves make sure you can lock & unlock the door with and without the key, and that you can remove the key once the deadbolt is in the locked position. Don't just hold the door open & try it; actually close the door and make sure everything works. This will save you a lot of problems.

"The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.
