"Brandon was incredible. Very kind and informative. Asking for feedback throughout while offering advice. Additionally, Brandon mounted a shelf system below the TV for a very marginal additional fee."

"Travis met me at Lowe's, helped me select a new toilet, and delivered it to my house. He replaced the old one and did an excellent job. He did a great job of clean-up and placed all the old materials in the trash. Travis was prompt, friendly, and professional. I would certainly call him for any other home repairs. 100% satisfied"

"Upgraded all my electronics in a whole home remodel, gave me what I was looking for with no extra bells and whistles. Excellent work, more than competitive pricing and a very attentive service. I've recommended J Technologies to everyone I know and will continue to do so."

"Service was excellent. The price was more than fair and work was completed the same day. Repaired fence and assembled patio furniture. Returning to set up garage shelving. Referred him to my neighbor to refinish her patio. Very satisfied."

"I had a great experience with Steve and the whole Sound Media team. I needed a large OLED TV installed in a difficult location over staircase and appropriate wiring and sound installation for my home theater loft. I thought it was going to be very complicated and cost a ton, but Steve suggested a way to deliver exactly what I wanted within my budget using a Sonos sound system and quality HDMI gear. The install guys showed up on time and carefully installed the TV and wiring. They were highly professional and clean up was excellent. They even allowed me to delete an unneeded item from the install at the last minute and return it, saving me several hundred dollars. I would definitely recommend Steve and his team for any home theater project, large or small."

"They sent 2 men and we moved furniture from my basement up into my living room after I had my floors done. They did a great job. There was one thing that I did not understand about the coupon, it's that the time starts for when they leave wherever they are. So the clock doesn't start when they arrive and it was kind of a surprise. They gave me a little extra time because I didn't know that but that was not full disclosure on the coupon or anything else. I think they should be upfront about that or change that policy and build whatever extra cost they need for travel time into the price which would make more sense to me. I don't know anybody who expects to get movers and expects it to start whenever they dispatch because you don't know where they're going to be. They could have been in Colorado Springs which is 90 miles away from me. I told them they didn't need to bring their van because it was all an inside move which was fine. They hauled a lot of stuff from the basement for me which is really, really great because I never could have done it myself. They arranged the furniture and put down my rugs. The work was completed. I rate them a "B" because of that surprise about the time but after considering that they worked that out with me I would give them an "A". They worked hard and they just kept moving. They did not take a rest which is really nice for me because I had a lot of stuff to move."

"I'm a heavy consumer and appreciate honest reviews. Having said that, I never write reviews but feel Aaron and Masterpiece AV deserve a rave review. Aaron was punctual, knowledgeable, BEYOND reasonable, clearly passionate about his trade and curious. I say curious because he took the time to look around my newly purchased home to see if he could use any existing equipment, connections, etc. to enhance the entertainment center he was hired to set up. I will recommend Masterpiece AV to all my family and friends and will call Aaron for any questions or concerns I have. I trust this company and that isn't something I often say. I am a very satisfied customer and am now a customer for life!"

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."
