He worked with my existing PVC pipe and did not upsell me until he knew I was satisfied with the job. He also helped me lock in a weak station and made it flexible enough to rotate the antenna in multiple directions to receive signals from other markets, but I also have the option to lock it into position in the event of bad weather. This is a well-built antenna that captures signals from 80 miles away from the viewing location. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."
