"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"For the past 6-7 years, I have used Indiana Audio for a custom home theater, custom audio/TV system, and several in home technology updates. I can’t say enough great things about their responsiveness, professionalism and the amazing design outcomes they’ve provided! I would recommend this business and their team 1000%. For our family, they have been the BEST in the business!!!"

"The service was excellent and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a Geek.  I feel much safer now with data backup and better wiring.  I will do business again with you Geek Choice.  Steve"

"My dvd player died and I needed a new one for an event I was having on Wednesday.  I bought a new one on tuesday afternoon and soon realized I couldn't hook it up to my system.  I called Steve and within 1 1/2 hours, he was at my door and not only did he hook up my new dvd player, he re-calibrated my entire system.  Very responsive, professional and most important to me at the time was his promptness. "

"Quality work at a great price. They installed 2 TV mounts and they we hung PERFECT!👍"

"HomeAdvisors makes it VERY DIFFICULT to write a review. It's as if they would rather not have to bother with it. Having said that, my review of BNW Communications is nothing but positive. The tech who did the work for me, Matt, was exceedingly knowledgeable about the inherent issues of OTA antenna reception problems and spent over 7 hours over the course of 2 visits to try to solve my issues. He went above and beyond and the company never exceeded the initial fee that they quoted me to fix the problems. Kudos to this company - I would recommend them without hesitation."

"I purchased a 2 hour/$89 Angie's List deal for Handyman service. I had a scheduling issue at the beginning, but very happy with the work completed. I had a very large headboard Michael attached to the wall, he installed a shower head, he repaired a sliding glass door lock, repaired a hole in my wood floor, and also repaired/patched a drywall corner wall, all within 2 hours. Amazing! Would highly recommend!"

"Both men were pleasant and jobs requested were accomplished. I Would prefer that the 2 individuals who came to our home to provide these services not return in the future. Both men appeared rather unkempt, even dirty. We were their first job of the day, so being dirty due to an earlier job that day was not an excuse. One of them had such a severe chest cough that he probably should have stayed home. I was always concerned about the germs or respiratory infections he might well have released into the atmosphere of our home. General rule: If you are sick, get into a hot bath and STAY HOME!"

"According to my tenant and her feedback everything was done professionally and they showed up as scheduled. It took a little longer to get the project done and I almost canceled. When I first contacted Mr Wesley I emphasized that I needed to have the work done before Thanksgiving and he did do this. Mr Wesley takes pride in whatever he does and wanted to do a lot more work than the $300 deal I had purchased. I only wanted to use my $300 deal. He did a lot of other estimates on his own and presented me with a higher estimate a little over $3,000. We disagreed on the bathtub lever (use to turn the shower on) that I and the tenant wanted repaired. The job he wanted to do was much more like remodeling the bathtub surround area and fixtures. He did not want to the job unles he could do it his way. This resulted in him not doing this repair and me having someone else come out to do it. I respect his feelings for wanting to do a quality job. I believe Mr Wesley is more of a high quality contractor and not necessary a person for doing small everyday repairs for rentals. I do have some other work that I am considering to ask Mr Wesley to give me a bid for.
