Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Very good local merchant, quality carpet and upholstery cleaning all around. This business was able to complete a post flooding cleanup where a basement ceiling collapsed onto the floor and a heirloom couch, leaving plaster, paint, and drywall everywhere. My original insurance co. selected contractor for cleaning this, a well known chain, misled me by denying to do my furniture because he thought it was upholstered in leather. In truth, it was simply microfiber, that plenty of other couches are made of. Ken extremely nice and helpful, demystified this issue for me, & earning my business in the process. They completed a great job with no "alleged" negative effects on the couch, such as the pigment coming off or fabric unraveling, and at a significant cost savings compared to the other guy. Highly recommended for local flooring and upholstery jobs big or small!"

I live in an old, old house that is not easy to clean, and I'm a terrible housekeeper myself.  So when I decided to throw a small party, I knew I needed outside help.  Angie's was offering a deal, so I grabbed it, and I was glad that I did.  Angie sent one staff member who was prompt, friendly, and efficient -- professional in every respect.  I told her she wouldn't be able to clean my living room because it was overstuffed with furniture that was meant for another room, but she snuck in and ran the vacuum cleaner in that room anyway, which was good because my guests used that room despite the crowded furniture.  My plan is to continue to watch for discounts offered by this service and to take advantage of them, hopefully around holidays.
