"On the first day, the boss is Mark, and his partner came and put sand down to try to level the ground. Then they set up the pool, and it took two days to fill. A few days later, I called them to come back because the pool was not level. The water was leaning to one side and was making the legs of the pool bulge out and break. Mark and his partner sent two younger guys to pump the water out of the pool. It took 2 1/2 days. Once they got the pool empty, they drugged the pool and moved it and dug up the ground to try and level it out, but somehow they dug up a rug and I m not sure if that s when the whole in the pool was created, but it was a brand new pool when they first put it up and it wasn t leaking the first time they put it up. It started leaking the second time it was filled. They said they were done, but I just realized that the pool was leaking. He sent the two younger guys to come and patch the pool. The next day, they tried to patch it from the inside with the water still in the pool. They claimed that the patches were made to work while in water. So I realized the pool was still leaking, and I called them and let them know, and they came out the next day to check to see if it was still leaking. They suggested that they could use alien tape to stop the leak, but I told them that I didn t want patches in the pool because it wasn t working. I left to the doctor, and when I came back, it was still leaking. That s when the younger guys said that they came back and put the patches alien tape on the pool anyway, after I told them I didn t want any patches on the pool. That s when I told Mark that he needs to come out and look at this pool, and he said he was too busy and he didn t have time. They came back the next day after I told him that, and they stood like this. They didn t do anything. They just stood there, and that s when I told all them out about the tape, and then they re not there, and they just stood there, so you might as well you ain t doing nothing, you just know you ain t doing nothing, and I fell, and that s when Mark. I told him he needs to get somebody you know, they need to do something about it, and then after that, they came back, and I showed them. I had called to see if my pool was under warranty, and they said it wasn t, so that s when I asked him. What could I do? she says the best way is to put a liner in there, which was 200 and some dollars. Well, don t worry about the price right now. It was 299, and that s when they took pictures of that. I gave him the serial number and everything for the pool. And I want $100 for each time that the pool was empty because we showed them a bill from the electric company that had already come. I said show him that I said his electric bill is over 100 and some dollars, and I showed him that, yeah, they took pictures of it, and they go back and talk to their boss, and that s when I called Mark, and I said, " What are you gonna do? We're only gonna give you. I ll tell you what we're gonna do. We're only gonna give you $100, and that s it, and I got a picture of that poo that I want you to send. I signed the contract, but never received anything. They said that they were sending it through email."
