"Aaron came out, appraised the situation, and returned in two hours with replacement springs. In thirty minutes he'd fixed the door, lubed the chain and tracks, and even moved a section that was rubbing against the top of the door. When he was done our door was moving a ton more smoothly and quietly than it ever has in the three years we've lived here. Highly recommend."

"Needed garage door repair during a busy week when timing was critical. Alamo Garage Doors was incredibly accommodating with scheduling and completed the spring replacement exactly when promised."

"It is so refreshing to work with an old school type of company. Their website, while a little outdated, is very clear and gives great information on what could be wrong and how much it will cost. No coupons. No discounts. But that’s ok - cause their pricing is transparent. Rudy was great - such a nice young man. Articulate and efficient. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be my go to for any future garage door repairs. Note: I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but was so impressed with this company that I am taking the time to write this."

"This morning I posted garage door repair quote on Home Advisor and chose two big companies to request quote. Nobody responded. Within two minutes after I posted my quote, Infantino invited me to contact them. Called them at 8am and Marcos came to my house at 11:00am promptly. He gave us very detailed explanation about why it was broken, how to fix it and how to self-check the function of garage door after he fixed my garage door in one hour. Big bonus is that he offed one year warranty! I was very happy about Marcos professional service. Bravo!"

"The AG tech explained the problem, and what repair/s were needed. He spent time explaining the garage door parts and their functions. I felt he was competent in his field. That is why I hired this company for the repair work."

I don't normally write review's, but Ray did an Excellent job and at a very fair price!! I highly recommend him!"
