Signed a contract in November 2023, it is now the end of February 2024, and still do not have a finished project. Three times this week alone (Feb) changed the start date. Contractor excuses after excuses, blaming permitting or labor shortages. Communication is terrible. The only schedule updates you get is if you call them and then it's just a call center. If you don't ask the exact question, you don't get any information. Received conflicting start dates within their communication between their sub-contractors."

Now some people might think that it’s expected for the roof to look really good because it’s brand new but I drive around neighborhoods all the time and I see brand new roofs that don’t look great…We added in some vents for the attic (with their suggestion), which I really didn’t think would make such a big difference, but I gotta tell you they have. The temperature difference inside my home has been noticeably different. overall, I can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future for any issues we may have and I will definitely be referring them to all my friends and family."
