This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... "They were very prompt with the estimate and with getting the job done. They worked hard and got it all done in about 2 days which was much less time than we were expecting. The quartz installation and sub-top work was all very well done. They were also quite careful with the demolition to avoid damage to adjacent areas. There was some minor plumbing hookup left for me to do at the end, but I had been notified of this up front in the estimate. One recommendation I would have is to use some form of dust collection if possible when cutting the slabs outside. This process produces a lot of fine dust."

"They were the 1st to respond to my email (within the hour) and by far the most courteous, friendliest, & professional folks I reached out to out of a quite a few.  I spoke with them on the phone and that went very well too. In the end we ended up not having them do the work, but only because we found a friend in the business who gave us an unbeatable price.  I should say that while our friend was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received that BNS DID offer to match the price (which i know was a great deal).  In this case, the loyalty to the friend one the bid, but otherwise BNS would have definitely had the job.  I've kept these guys on my Rolodex so to speak.
