"It's nice to find people who are so kind. I was having a devil of a time getting the key to unlock the door to my rental condo. After 20 minutes I got desperate and flagged down a Timo's Air Conditioning truck that happened to be servicing an air conditioner down the street in the hopes that if I paid him $10 he would help me with my lock. Not only did he help unlock my door for me, but when I offered him $10 for his troubles he refused to accept the money. Kindness like that is hard to come by these days. "The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"
