"Very responsive and was able to get hot water heater replaced same day."

"He went well they found other leaks and they fix it with extra $1,500 more but it was okay because you need to fix"

"Had two gas water heaters go out simultaneously. I called Baker Bros ijn the evening and had a technician the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the heaters. My sons were thrilled to have hot water, and the rest of us were thrilled they were able to bathe again."

"Another company went out and said the valve couldn t be repaired and I had to have a whole new valve installed which would more than triple the cost. Talbot was willing and able to repair the valve and have it working like new. Saved me hundreds! He was honest and up front with his ability to show up and his concerns as well. I will definitely work with Talbots in the future."

"Thank you, Chris. It’s never a good time to not have hot water. You fixed our water heater quickly on a Sunday so my family didn’t have to suffer with cold water. We’ll remember you in the future when we have other plumbing needs. Thanks!"

"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

"Stuart HVAC, LLC Was amazing.  Stuart's knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail saved me time and money.  The man really knows his AC and heating.  He did so well on my air-conditioning system replacement that I had him come back out and replace my hot water heater.  All of which are working perfectly!
I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking an honest, hardworking and skilled person in this area.
Regards,
Leslie

"They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! I am very pleased with Lone Star Water Services and would gladly recommend them to others."
