Something like this is also a significant investment. Lifeway does not take money up front. You do not pay until it is complete and you are 100% satisfied. They tackled this Job in a dedicated, prompt & professional manner. They were there all day, every day until it was complete. They did not jump around on other Jobs. There were no surprises except for the fact my house didn't have any insulation. They installed installation with no extra labor charge. I obviously had to buy the material. They clean up every day when they are finished working. They accomplished everything promised and more. When completed, the house had a new look. They painted our detached garage to match along with a large wood storage building. This included replacing whatever wood had been damaged over time. These are skilled & professional people with the right equipment, trucks etc. They are polite & respectful. We are very glad that we chose Lifeway. They definitely reduced the stress of having a project like this accomplished. They seemed like part of the family after being here."

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
