"We hired New Creations to renovate our front yard landscaping. Bobby and his crew did a great job translating our ideas into plants and the infrastructure. We paid $3,800 to set up a low-maintenance front yard with a drip line, terraced flower beds, an ornamental tree, stacked stone detail, and an address plinth. We're very happy with the final results and received a lot of compliments. We will definitely hire them again in the future!"

"UPDATE: While the contractor did an ok job with what we had originally worked out, now that the winter has come and gone, I've found more problems with the service. Before the cold temperatures set in, I tried to winterize my sprinkler system. The problem is that the owner's manual is poorly written with no guidance on winterization, and for this particular pump model, the company did not have any resources online to help with the situation either (to be expected if the owner's manual is lacking.) I was able to shut off the water to the sprinklers, and believed I had drained the pump. I tried getting ahold of the contractor to confirm if I had properly winterized the system, but all attempts at contact were unresponsive. In the end, my pump ended up cracking, and now I have to replace the pump. I will not be using this provider again."

"I heard about this company over the air on Psalm 91.1 FM, and then was referred to them by Home Advisor. They are true professionals! Will, the owner worked with us to get exactly what we wanted in a design, offering suggestions that would work and not work based on our overall design idea. His pavers laid my patio in one day, and the main guy doing the brunt of the work must have been a perfectionist because he studied the layout inch by inch as he was laying the brick. He ensured nothing looked out of place, even around the complex half dome potion of our design. There work is impeccable, and they cleaned up completely as if it were their own yard. I would not go with anyone else. I am sure there are other good contractors out there, but the overall experience was second to none. Thank you First Globe Stone!"

"The job was done when he said it would be done. The work was careless and sloppy and will need painting over a brick retaining wall that his company repaired because it looks pretty bad. The wall is structurally sound, which is good. But I am not at all happy with the aesthetics for the price charged."
