"We have used Natural Way for several years. We have been overall disappointed, especially the last two years. Our lawn continues to grow more weeds as well as the different, harmful grass varieties have taken root in our lawn and are spreading. They seem to push more and more services, rather than advise exactly what we can do to improve the lawn and landscaping. They used to have a certified arborist on staff, but I'm not sure that is the case any longer. To be fair, I have not expressed my disappointment lately, but when I do, I will update my review."

"Brian was very prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and was on time for our appointment.  We discussed the job at hand and some future work.  Was never preesured to do more than what I could afford right now.  Was given a very good price and was told they'd be out within 3 weeks to cut the trees down but would come back at a later date to grind the stump.  They were out in 2 weeks and did a very good job of cutting both trees and removing all debris.  They were very careful not to trample the flowers.  It's been a week and the stump is still here, but I haven't been presented with a bill yet either."

"Service technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Extra care was taken to prevent tracking in outside dirt. Every inside visit tech. wore protective coverings over his boots. After a thorough furnace inspection/cleaning he then asked for my input. If I was ever unsure or curious about maintenance that I myself could do. I now know how to change those Aprilaire space-guard filters. And now own a Humidifier that works without the standing water(mold). Maintenance on the new humidifier only takes 1min rather then 30min w/older humidifier. For good, neat, and professional service I ONLY call D+G."
