Being a senior citizen & alone, I am hesitant to deal with contractors. Melissa worked with me on financing options & walked me through the whole process, even speaking with my son after hours to exlplain the process. They scheduled My roof quickly and the whole team was courteous and professional. Roland himself even came by to check on the roof. I feel safe and comfortable knowing I chose a company that actually cares about people. I am so happy and grateful to Melissa and Rolands"

"he came and looked at the roof and did not find a problem with it. But he did find a large pile of leaves behind the chimney and around the supports for the conduit from my solar panels. He said that that all the piles of leaves may have blocked the water from flowing down and that it then ran to the side and got under the tiles from the sided which caused the leak. He also went beyond looking at the roof and used a leave blower and his hands to clean off the roof and blow out my gutters. After doing all this he said that if this was not the problem call him and he would come back & find and fix the cause. All this for no charge! I would highly recommend Rattler Roofing and General Contracting LLC"

From the time the crew arrived to completion of the roof was about a day and a half. Total cost was exactly the same as the estimate. "We contracted with handyman services after getting a job bid from Joel Amaya. He gave us a fair price and stated work immediately. He and his crew put in a new ceiling sheet rock in our back room, installed new flooring, textured and painted the wall and trim, and added a trim and two baseboards. He also pruned a few large trees, built up a hole in the yard, put insulation in the water heater clawset, built a new back porch, repainted the front porch, and patched several cracks in the wall and ceiling. He replaced a broken window pane. All jobs were completed. Complete and on budget. All were left clean and materials hauled away. I was impressed with their multiple capabilities and broad experience. Joel maintained excellent communication throughout and was easy to reach.
