"Before contacting AGS Granite, we stopped by Lowes and Home Depot to get a quote for replacing our countertops in our kitchen.  Their quotes were well above 5k and did not include a sink replacement.  When we searched on Angie's List we were excited to see that AGS Granite was not only significantly less that the ones quoted to us at the stores, but they had an additional discounted offer just for using Angie's List. <br /> Jason came to the house, took measurements, showed us sink options and gave us a quote right there on the spot.  He didn't try to upsell us on a higher quality of granite and gave us suggestions on our sink type based on our needs, not based on how expensive the sink would be. <br /> A day or so later, a young man showed up and took the measurements of the kitchen and within two weeks the granite slabs were ready to be delivered.  The men were quick and very professional.  We had concerns that the backsplash might get damaged in the removing of the existing countertops but they did not damage the backsplash at all.  Two days after the initial install, the men returned to finish the back part of the countertops.  (You have to wait at least 48 hours before completing the back part of the countertops that attach to the wall.) <br /> Jason and his team were very pleasant to work with and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who would like to replace their countertops!  Our before and after pictures are amazing!!!! <br /> <br /> <br />"

"We just had our tile floors cleaned and our grout cleaned and sealed. Our floors look fantastic. I didn't realize how much they needed cleaning until Mark did a demo on a good size section of our floor. The difference was immediately noticeable so he went to work on the rest of our floors. When I called to make the appointment he promptly returned my message. He arrived on time and didn't take payment until the work was completely done. "I had to take a moment to comment on Mario's professionalism.  I called to inquire if he did marble polishing.  He does not, but said he could recommend someone.  I've been looking for a service provider for several months.  Mario stopped his car, checked his phone, and then gave me the name and phone number of the polisher.  Talk about impressive.  I'll definitely call Mario in the future for any of my granite and marble needs. <br />"

"The original offer was just clean the carpet ($120). The Topaz offer to completely clean and remove the urine by soaking in vat of enzyme solution for a couple of weeks. Cost about $160 extra. When we got it back absolutely no urine smell or stains, looks great! Over all, the cost of of restoration and cleaning ($110), cost more than the actual carpet."

"What a professional group of people.  All aspects, estimate visit, scheduling, labor, were all done in a timely manner.  We thought the estimate was a little high, until we saw the workmanship.  It was worth every penny.  The back splash turned out beautiful, such careful and detailed work.  They followed my plan to the letter and we couldn't be more pleased.  The tile guys were pleasant and easy to work with, and did great work.  We had a good experience and would definitely use Carrillo Tile again if the need arises.  <br />"
