"Our experience with Geno's Siding & Roofing Co. was great. Geno responded promptly, and scheduled a visit to look the job over. We had leaks around the windows in our laundry room. Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. We will definitely be contacting Geno when we need more work done."

"Our large home, unfortunately has many building issues with the roof and windows leaking in multiple areas.  We've gone through multiple roofers and contractors to try and fix problems over the last eight years, and not one of them was able to find the leaks and/or repair them completely.  They would "repair" things and after a couple of years, our "house of caulk" would start leaking again.  
We found James through Angies List and we couldn't be happier.  He is very busy and sometimes it may take a few days for him to respond, but he shows up and spends the time needed to finish the job correctly.  
He repaired a gutter that wasn't catching water properly, sealed our leaking windows, and found a major roof problem that may have caused a few different leaks.  He was able to create a metal valley roof piece to stop the water from infiltrating, saving us a lot of money and the potential of removing and replacing part of our roof.  
If you want a thorough, cost effective roofer, I recommend James Townsley!

They were always on time or early and finished the project sooner than anticipated. There were a couple things we wanted fixed or adjusted when they finished and Fabiano fixed them no problem. "There was a small leak several months after they installed the flat roofs, which apparently was a caulking issue. BRyan came out and fixed it and there was no leak thereafter into the room below. They gave a 20 year warranty so I wanted an inspection this year to keep the warranty valid. Bryan came out again and was very thorough in his inspection of the three flat roofs that they installed the previous year. Everything looked good. I am very happy with Tycos.
