"The tree trimming was done in one afternoon. Trees looked great and all the debris was removed. The removal of the 21 trees was done in stages. All trees were felled and the light branches were ground in one day. The stumps were ground a day or two later. About a week later the logs were removed and the holes left by the stumps were filled. This work was done in January so we had some weather delays. Strobert employees worked quickly and safely removed our trees with no damage to our property other than some ruts in the grass which they fix. We were well please with their work and the price."

"I sent an e-mail requesting an estimate and I received a quick reply from Trevor.   I agreed to the rate and we scheduled a service date.   He contacted me to confirm the appointment.   He called before they arrived and split and stacked one large pile beautifully.   The pieces are consistent size and will be easy to light.   I would provide a picture but this site doesn't have that option.  During the first day of work I received a call saying that the second pile wasn't accessible due to the overgrown brush (which was taller than I expected) and they provided a very fair price to clear the brush and split the second large pile.   They did just as good a job on the second pile - and I'm absolutely satisfied with the whole service.  I won't need wood for several years, but I hope to use Lucky Strike again.

"Adam and his crew did an amazing job giving our yard some TLC. He is a peoples person and very professional. I was pleased to have met him in person which he prefers. The crew edged and mulched our flower beds. They trimmed all our trees and removed shrubs that were diseased with mold. Kimberly (Yard Mgr) Adam’s right hand ma’am spent special detailing to dig up river rocks that were buried and outlined the mulch and it look awesome. Adam also identified a sick tree that was poorly planted and suggested removing. Overall we are extremely excited and pleased with our yard. "They arrived very promptly, ready for work dressed in their company jackets with excellent leaf blowers. The .42 acre lot, with many trees, had not been raked all season. We have a Certified Wildlife Habitat property, and mulch the leaves ourselves to put in the beds. As we had asked, they used a tarp to move the ever-growing pile of very wet leaves (after 3 days of rain) to the area at the back of the property we had designated. It took them less than 2 hours, and the price was very reasonable, $55 less than the other landscaper we had engaged who never showed up. We are very pleased, and intend to call Brison through the year for our seasonal landscape chores, highly recommend."

"*  The top layer of grass was removed from the section between the fence and the driveway, but they didn't clear down far enough
   to allow the Red Stone to set down in the ground where the grass had been.  The weed barrier fabric was put in place almost
   level with the driveway, so that most of the Red Stone is driveway level or above.  This means that the stones keep falling out of
   the border area into the driveway.
*  Rather than being removed, the weeds were just turned-over in the garden beds.
 
*  The pots were placed in the gardens as requested. However, more than 1.5  to 2 inches of mulch were installed  -
   as much as 4 to 5 inches in most areas, totally covering the Vinca Minor plants in one bed. When I asked about the plants
   having been covered over, Tom said they would be fine.   When I asked if they could spread any "extra" mulch in a bed located
   on the other side of the house that also contains Vinca Minor, he said covering those plants is "not recommended".  I questioned 
   why, then they'd covered the same plants on the bed on the other side of the house.  He didn't answer.
*  Instead of "neatening or straightening" the existing beds in the backyard as I'd requested, they just edged those beds following
    the edges that had grown in crookedly.
    When I talked to Tom Garro about coming back to address the edging of the garden beds, he said that he was to "define the existing beds" and he said he'd done that and wasn't coming back.  I'm guessing he wasn't thrilled that on the day they arrived I'd asked him to place six pots in the back garden as well.  I don't know.  I just know that I had to try to uncover all the young Vinca plants that they'ed covered with 3 to 4 inches of mulch; and I had to try to straighten/neaten the edging of the gardens along the sides and back of our backyard.  That was frustrating because that was what we'd paid Land Details to do.
