"Jeffery did a great job on my deck and pergola repair and replacing the front steps to my home. We arranged for him to come out and evaluate the deck and repairs required. We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. "The electrician was parked in our driveway at 6:30 am! He was knocking on our door at 6:45. When I answered the door and told him it was only 6:45, he said that his truck said 7:00 and he doesn't go by the customer's time! I think 6:45 is too early for any service man to be knocking on the door. He was not able to fix or repair the door bell but he was able to identify any issues with electrical outlets. He made some negative comments about people from "third world" countries doing electrical work that resulted in him coming out and doing things right. Inappropriate comment."
