"Excellent experience with this company. We tried getting a hold of a different plumber 3 different times with no return call so when I was able to call J&L, talk to someone right away & schedule my service, I was ecstatic. The 2 guys that came were very polite, friendly and professional. They fixed our issue quickly & efficiently. It was a leak in our upstairs shower, so they did have to cut a hole in our ceiling to access the pipe & while they don't repair the hole, they took the drywall down neatly & were able to put it back up so it just requires a little bit of patching. I would definitely recommend them & will call them back the next time I have a plumbing issue."

"Awesome. Call the day after Thanksgiving, at 7:30am, they were here by 9. Cleaned out the sewer, very nice technician. Unfortunately, they did not get it all out so I called again a few days later and they showed up within the hour and got it right! From Tonya who is in the office to the technician everyone was so professional and polite. Would use again in a heart beat!"

"No problems with the quality of the work or the time it took, but it was surprisingly expensive. So much so that I almost regretted having the work done. The plumber found the shut-off valves inoperable and began replacing them without telling me about it or the additional cost. I should have looked over his shoulder more often and asked more questions, but I did not. Any repairman beginning additional repairs without asking really rubs me the wrong way and leads to a "B" rating at best and a "No" on hiring again. Learn from my mistake: make certain that you do your research on pricing and agree on a price range and scope of work with Geiler (or anyone, for that matter) before they begin the work."

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"These guys came in, spent over an hour assessing the situation. They were sympathetic to our story. Very kind. They are very popular, and busy, but within a few weeks was ready to work. They never once no showed, they came early and stayed late. They cleaned their own messes, they were respectful of our home. Scott kept in constant communication. Within 3 days they had gutted out the floor that we paid 2 different guys to fix, same with the ceiling.....and in those 3 days they replaced both with perfection. Their sheetrock guy came in, then they returned to tile, and put up fixtures, etc. Only regret is i wish i had had them wire the bathroom as well, instead of having it done prior to, and then now waiting on electrician to return!!!"

"He is wonderful and very clean. I can call and leave a message and he gets to me as soon as he can, at his busiest this is within a week, unless it is an emergency. He has put in water fixtures for me in 3 bathrooms I renovated, he has replaced sink garbage disposals, he has fixed outdoor water lines for me. He helped alleviate a drainage problem I had for my new washer in my old house I was renovating. I don't think there is any water issue he can not fix quickly. I would gladly clean up after him and pay him more than he charges as he does a good job and stands by his work. I trust him so much I wouldn't mind leaving a key under a flowerpot for him to work alone in my home. He is really that good. He also used to play with my dogs (two very old Frenchies) before they passed away. He has also helped out my neighbors and friends and I know of no person who does not believe he is worth anything he wants to charge for his services. <br />"
