When an unexpected noise then appeared, Duane came back within a couple of days and replaced a clip that no longer had enough tension to stay in place, free of charge. There is a reason that this company has a perfect approval rating. Debbie, who handles the scheduling, was also efficient and professional. And Duane wore a mask."

"Their work goes by hours. They did the work really slow and it took a long time for them to accomplish so little. I asked to get the stain removed on the kitchen ceiling. They recommended to repaint the whole ceiling and it took them 6 hours to do a lousy job. There were a few pops here and there after the painting. They spent 2 hours on the bathroom recaulking and didn't have time for the entry door fix. Maybe they didn't know how to do it and tried to find an excuse to get away with easy work. Their work is way overpriced for more than $80 per hour. The old owner is semi-retired and the son is taking over. However, he is covering for his buddies for the lousy work. All their good reviews are probably from the old owner and their business now is going down the drain."

"It went wonderful. Larry cleaned and sealed my granite counter top and caulk on 2/21/22. For some reason the sealant did not go as well as I had hoped. Contacted Larry 2/22/22 and sent pictures, he responded right away and came back. He stripped the sealant off and rebuffed my counter tops. They look like glass. It appears black counter tops are very dense and don't always take to the sealant - no excuses from Larry, he just worked to please. He fixed a scratch as well. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family."

We had another contractor fall through on the install, so the hoop was in our garage ready to go with a bummed 7 year old anxiously waiting for it to be up. We took off for a week long vacation after hiring Andrew. Everything was handled over phone calls and text. Joern was patient, professional and always prompt. Even with the different issues we experienced with the vendor products he kept his composure and worked with us on timing as we waiting for new parts to be delivered. After the work was complete I can't believe that we ever functioned in this home with only two bathrooms. Working from home was never anything I ever imagined but to now have a full bathroom in the basement right across from my office has been extremely convenient. If I ever have any other remodeling needs in the future I will reach out to Joern and hope that he will give us a chance regardless of the challenges we had the first time around."
