"Joe came in to remove an old faucet and replace it with one I had purchased. This was, by my estimation, an extraordinarily difficult removal due to the fact that the faucet to be removed refused to come out when I was trying to do it. He had all the correct tools and completed the job quickly. For the same price he quoted, Joe also fixed a few issue with the water pipe and the garbage disposal electrical cord which were underneath the sink. He left the area looking so much better than it did originally. He is personable and, if you have any questions, he answers them thoroughly. He sent an email the day before the appointment and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. Given the great experience, my husband and I are making a list of all the other things we need done that we plan on asking Joe to help us with. "Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. I would not hesitate to hire them again."
