"It only took a day, was told it could take two days. The inspection was approved early in the day to be able to wrap it up early. Tyler was professional, explained the process throughout, took pictures that I could review later and went over the warranty and cleaning instructions. It was a very easy remodel from a himeowner's standpoint. While waiting for caulking to dry, Tyler helped me clean the bathroom vent cover and then mounted it back up on the ceiling. I would hire Tyler and his team again, as well as the Jacuzzi company, the brand means quality and a lifetime warranty. Cleanup was great and the team was very accommodating to our family as they were leaving for work. They arrived early in the window, and actually traveled nearly 50 miles to our home We hired Jacuzzi through Costco and the only issue we had was payment via my credit card. There was a problem with processing, so Jacuzzi reduced my overall cost by 2%, the amount I would have received back from my Costco/Citi credit card, when I paid in full. I was very happy with this option and everything worked out great. Jacuzzi contacted me about every three weeks as a reminder of the upcoming install and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, our satisfaction rate is 100% and we would most definately recommend this remodel to our family and friends!!!"

"We finished our bathroom remodel a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the results! Oscar and the rest of the team at S&L were awesome. They communicated clearly, payed close attention to detail and exceeded all of our expectations. They were very flexible and understanding when the fixtures we ordered were delayed - the delays actually caused them to stop construction for about a week (not their fault at all). "Al Navarro has done many jobs for us spanning over 20 years. He renovated nearly every room in our previous home and is well on his way to doing the same in our current home. This most recent project was to install nearly 1300 sq feet of luxury vinyl tile flooring over existing ceramic tile... He first spent days applying multiple coats (with smoothing) of a thin mortar over the tile regions to establish a smooth and level base. He also removed all the existing baseboard. On top of the mortar surface he placed a layer of thin plastic sheeting (flooring supplier recommended) and then carefully and methodically laid all the vinyl flooring... He set up his saw arrangement in our garage and custom cut many of the floor pieces to ensure the best look for the new floor... Al is an artist with tools and he even went so far as to use a special saw to cut neatly beneath the door jambs such that the new flooring went under the jamb rather than just up to it... He also did custom work around showers and bath tubs, and around doorways, to offer the best looking transition from the floor to those structures... He then purchased and painted new wide baseboards at his facility and brought them to our home to be cut and installed with great precision. As he has done with all our previous projects, Al did a masterful job of installing this beautiful luxury vinyl flooring over a large portion of our home. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend Al for this type type of home improvement and for just about any other home interior type project folks might be looking to accomplish!!!!"
