The lead person George would explain what they would be doing each day and then perform the tasks. The deck looks like it is brand new and the redwood has the original color and grain. Note: the bill included 4 hours of setting the deck screws so they could sand. Otherwise they performed to the bid."

They did all sanding by hand (no large sanders) and painted on all stain and seal by hand. They did the work quickly and were very responsive to requests as needed as the job proceeded. The price was about 20% lower than other bids, and the personal attention to the work was really appreciated. I highly recommend and we will use them for ongoing maintenance of our decks and bench."

"I bought the deal for $300/painter for the whole day. I met with one guy who came out to see what I wanted to have painted. He was very professional and nice. I wanted the double closet doors painted white, touch up in the kitchen & bedroom, baseboards & trim around a small patio door. He said that all the baseboards would not likely be completed in the timeframe, which was fine with me. The painter, another gentleman, came out a few days later. Long story short, he did a nice job painting but only completed the closet doors & a few touch up areas in the bedroom. If I'd known it would take 6 hrs to paint closet doors, I would've told him to spray them. The original guy, I think he was the owner, never followed up to see how things went. This was a huge waste of $$. <br />"
