Shani mentioned on the phone that the service they'd be providing would be a regular cleaning service and not a "deep clean" though it was so thorough it looked and felt like a deep clean to me and my husband! WOW. They made our house sparkling clean in 2 hours and didn't miss a thing. We've had cleaners in the past not move items to dust (dusted around, ya know?) but not a surface was missed. Several days later my husband was still pointing things out that were cleaned very thoroughly. We appreciate the attention to detail and care that Shani and her team took with our home. "They missed several areas that should have been cleaned, such as bottom of window sills, shutters, window areas that were later corrected with a razor and some “elbo grease”, underside of stove hood, higher up shelves in the kitchen, mold in the shower that was later corrected again with some Clorox, a razor and brush, and more “elbo grease”. Overall, compared to previous ‘deep cleanings of houses’ I’ve moved in and out of, this was a very mediocre job. Would not hire again."

"I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for 6 hours of cleaning and was so impressed with their service that I hired them to come once a week. 
 I previously had one house cleaner who would come and spend a LONG time here -and simply because there was a lot that needed doing, it just wasn't an efficient use of time or effort.  One person (or even two) simply can't do what the 3 person team of G & J can do.   They are thorough, fast working and attentive to what my personal cleaning needs are.  For example, my old cleaners didn't feel comfortable hanging up clothes and returning various items to their presumed rightful place.  The old cleaners wouldn't throw away an empty shampoo bottle that was in the shower, etc - for fear that it would be wrong.  I told Rosember (the young guy who is G & J's company founder) that I had no problem with guesses being made in this area, and my house has felt a lot more orderly ever since.  This is just my personal preference however.  Otherwise I think nothing would leave the room it was in.  
They do floors, change sheets, clean all countertops and surfaces and dust.  I am sure there are many other things, but I'm often away when they work so I'm not sure.  I am definitely happy with the service so far.

"That turned out good. Our toilet was clogging and one plumber came out. The service took less than 2 hours to complete. He cleaned up after himself and made sure he picked up everything to leave the area clean."
