"I called Dale's roofing (they were listed as sun tunnel installers) to inspect the problem. It took about 2 weeks for them to come out to assess the problem and about another week to receive a report. I got a contract to repair the leaking area. After returning the contract it took about another week or so to get the job done. Three + weeks later the roof leaked again in the same area. I called Dale's roofing and then I was told that for another $80 they would add something. I asked why would there be another charge because they inspected the situation and said it would be fixed for $375 and now they wanted more after I paid the bill. I was then told that it would be fixed again at no charge, but they would email a report with pictures about a bigger problem. I never received an email (or pictures) but I did receive an estimate for an entire new roof. Dale's roofing did fix the roof and for now it hasn't leaked again."

"I had called about getting a hot water unit replaced. I noticed they had many other services and asked if they could also quote me on cleaning my vent system. A gentleman by the name of Dave showed up the same day and looked over our vent system and the hot water heater. I had the quote the following morning which was super affordable compared to the hot water pricing we looked into when we were thinking about do the work ourselves. This was a no-brainer and we approved the quote. A woman called and scheduled the best time to perform the work, which with our work hours would only be possible on the weekends. They had no problem with that and showed up just before the scheduled time on Sat the 17th. It was a two man team who were very professional. Dave was one and I believe the other gentleman's name was Eli. They were professional and knowledgeable. Dave started the vent cleaning setup while Eli changed the hot water tank. The tank was replaced within an hour and then they both worked on the vent cleaning. It took about four and half hours and they were done. I was able to see what was cleaned from my vents and it was then I saw that this service was priceless as my family was breaking in all that dust and stuff. Honestly I had no idea that vents build up to such a disgusting mess. It was an excellent experience and I would use them again without a doubt."

From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. We ended up adding a few things to the original scope of work, including adding a lineal drain across the entrance landing and removing old poorly installed concrete slab with new concrete sloped away from the door to meet the new drain. Inside my basement he installed two brick walls. His rows are perfect. Everything is level and evenly spaced. In fact it's so perfect that I've had several people ask me if it's real! As for my retaining wall, if there's such a thing as a sexy retaining wall, I have one! I love it! Beautiful curve! With my I fireplace, hearth, and chimney, I had old brick from 1955 which is virtually impossible to match. Kevin helped me come up with ideas to make changes that complimented the mid century modern design of my home, without breaking my budget. He removed my old brick hearths that were improperly installed and framed in new hearths that would not be so heavy and would not need footings below the floor joists. He also installed brick and stone on my chimney to bring it up to code (at least 36" from a flammable surface). And installed the missing cap on my chimney. If I had the budget for it, I'd ask him to build me a firepit and two large piers on each side of my driveway entrance. Kevin is an artist. He takes pride in doing a job well.
